This page covers the mamentis.com website only. The Mamentis product has its own terms, agreed when you sign up or sign a contract.

Measuring visits

If you choose "Allow" in the cookie banner, the website loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets Google Analytics cookies and sends Google the pages you view; Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. If you choose "No, thanks", or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Your choice and your theme are kept in your own browser.

The contact form

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company, the topic you chose and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. To keep automated spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the request without asking you to solve a puzzle in most cases.

Product updates

If you tick "Send me Mamentis product updates by email" on the contact form, we send one email asking you to confirm. Only after you confirm do we add your name and email address to our product update list, with the date you confirmed. Each update is sent from noreply@mamentis.com and carries a link to unsubscribe; opening it and pressing Unsubscribe stops further updates. We then keep only the record that you unsubscribed, so we do not write to you again. If you do not confirm, you receive nothing further.

Where it is kept

Contact form messages are delivered to the Mamentis team's mailbox and kept in the team's records, and the product update list is kept in a Google Sheet; both are hosted on Google Workspace. We do not sell or share them.
