• Custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions

5.3 AI-Generated Content​

AI-generated content may be used by you for commercial or non-commercial purposes, provided that:

• You comply with applicable laws and third-party rights
• You do not use it in ways prohibited under Section 4.2
• You bear responsibility for any third-party claims arising from such content

Mamentis is not liable for third-party claims related to AI-generated content.

6. Privacy and Data Protection​

Your data will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK, or equivalent local regulations.

• Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary or legally required.
• Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection.
• Transfer: Data transfers across borders will comply with applicable legal requirements.
• Security: Mamentis implements appropriate safeguards to protect your data.

7. Service Availability​

• While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
• Scheduled maintenance may affect availability; notice will be given where possible.

8. Payment Terms​

8.2 Payment Processing​

• Fees are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country grant you a right of withdrawal, refund, or cancellation.

11.2 By Mamentis​

• Fail to pay fees after a reasonable grace period

Termination shall only occur for valid cause as required by applicable law. Arbitrary termination is not permitted where prohibited.

12. Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mamentis is headquartered, except that mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws of your country of residence shall also apply and prevail where required.

13. Dispute Resolution​

• Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with:
• The competent courts or arbitration bodies in your country of residence, where required by mandatory law, or
• Otherwise, the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the jurisdiction where Mamentis is headquartered.

14. Force Majeure​

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government acts, cyberattacks, strikes, or internet outages. Obligations resume once the event ends.

15. Severability​

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
