Setting Up Mamentis

Getting started with Mamentis is straightforward. Follow this guide to set up your account and configure the platform for your specific needs.

Account Setup​

1. Create Your Account​

  1. Visit Mamentis Platform
  2. Click "Sign Up"
  3. Choose your account type (start free; if you need more resources, upgrade your account):
  4. Verify your email address

2. Initial Configuration​

After account creation, choose how you'd like to get started:

  1. Start free with Mamentis AI: Explore and prototype using our included models at no cost.
  2. Bring your own key: Connect your own model/provider API keys to use the models you prefer with full control.
  3. Skip API key management and keep costs predictable: Select a plan on our pricing page and let Mamentis handle model access for you. View plans
  4. Build your AI environment in minutes: Configure projects, knowledge sources, and tool integrations with guided defaults.

Platform Configuration​

Core Settings​

Access your settings through the Core Screen:

  1. Models Configuration

    • Enable/disable specific AI models
    • Set performance vs. cost preferences
    • Configure fallback options

  2. Data Management

    • Set up data sources
    • Configure privacy settings
    • Manage data retention policies

  3. Knowledge Base

    • Import existing documentation
    • Set up knowledge sources
    • Configure search preferences

  4. Tools Integration

    • Leverage tool calling and MCP server/client to extend agent capabilities.
    • Use Mamentis-provided MCP servers or register your own; manage endpoints, schemas, and permissions.
    • Connect third-party services via API integrations and webhooks; expose them as tools or MCP resources.

  5. Compute Resources

    • Choose resource allocation
    • Set usage limits
    • Configure auto-scaling

API Access​

Mamentis API and MCP server support are coming soon. We’re finalizing public endpoints, SDKs, and MCP server/client integrations.

Security Configuration​

Authentication​

  • Two-Factor Authentication: Highly recommended for all accounts
  • SSO Integration: Available for Enterprise accounts
  • API Key Management: Regular rotation and monitoring

Data Privacy​

  • Data Residency: Choose where your data is processed
  • Encryption: All data encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Access Logs: Monitor who accesses your data

Compliance​

For Enterprise users:

  • SOC 2 Type II: Compliance reporting available
  • GDPR: Data processing agreements and controls
  • HIPAA: Healthcare-specific configurations (Enterprise only)
